GFOA 再次表彰 Central Health 出色的预算报告

The award represents a significant achievement by Central Health, as it reflects the commitment of the Board of Managers and staff to meet the highest principles of governmental budgeting. This is the fifth consecutive year Central Health has submitted its budget and been recognized with this award from GFOA.
为了获得预算奖，Central Health 必须符合国家认可的有效预算编制准则。这些准则旨在评估一个实体的预算在以下方面的作用：

- 财务计划；
- 操作指南；以及
- 通讯设备。
预算文件必须在所有四个类别以及这些类别中的 14 项强制性标准中都被评为 "精通"，才能获奖。
